i was told that i would loose back pressure supossedly????? is this true???

Backpressure is a myth.You will see gains with any decent sized exhaust over stock. You will see the biggest gains with a 2.5" exhaust. Just make sure you arent bottle necking your exhaust system. For example you have a 2.5" header with a stock Cat and 2.5" exhaust. The stock cat will bottleneck your set up, so try to get a high flow 2.5" cat.

o0o0oo ok... i got type-r headers... im looking for sum decent 2 piece headers to buy wen i get money.... but i will buy a high-flow cat....

bummmmpppp more feedback plz.... wheres a spot also where i can get this done for a good price...... i sodnt feel like driving to the city without an exhaust, just headers...lol.. could b dangerous..

I agree, the ITR header will do just fine. You could go around any muffler shop and get a quote on a custom exhaust system all you would need to provide is the muffler and they'll weld one for you. It may possibly be cheaper than just buying one. I know several companies like Apex-i and Skunk 2 that have a nice cat-back exhaust system but it is pricey. Or you could always try craigslist.
