GSR Valves...Adjusted

well i just noticed that when i pop vtec in first and second i hear a popping noise and the car slows down a lil when it does, its like a back fire or something....i read somewhere online that the valves need to be adjusted and thats what i believe is causing my vtec to not crack in higher gears.....can anyone confirm this for me??

if im right where wuld be a good place to get them adjusted close to Bridgeport

So it's obd2 car on a obd0 ecu?

its a 1995 gsr with a 2001 head and the ecu is obd1 i believe

open your ecu and check the board this was happening to me too my board was fried
