wiring question for b18a1 into ef hatch

hey everybody quick question i have a 1990 honda civic ef hatch non si , basically i have everything for the swap mounts tranny , motor , what is the best engine harness to use and ecu , everybody says rywire but 599.99 is alot to spend on a tucked one , anybody done this swap before ??
