Ok so I converted my ef to obd1 running stock p28 on stock ls she idling around
400 to 600 rpm sometimes 1000 when taking off runs like shit as if it was choking
And when I. Hit 4000 rpm she opens up like it had vtec runs nice pass 4000 don't know
What it can b got new cap rotor wires last weekend n pluggs bout two monthes ago
Any ideas on wat the problem maybe please help

I always run Vtec computers on non Vtec engines

Try unplugging your MAP sensor and TPS sensor and switching them.(Unplug from TPS and plug into MAP and vice versa) You might have mixed them up.

Had the same problem. Eventually it's going to stop turning on on you. That's what happen to me. Change the distributor.
