  • ek awd build idea advice ????

    so i got a totaled 5spd crv the other day for $200 from a guy i used to work with thinkin ill just part it out and scrap the rest motor tranny ect but then i had the idea that maybe i could do an awd turbo setup in an ek si i have any thought ideas advice knowledge if this would work or not just thought it might be kinda diffrent

              i have a 97 auto i was thinkin about switching it to 5 speed lemme know if u deside not to go threw with it

                  there was a car that did it iin a back issue of honda tuning a few months ago, alot of works involved but if you could do y not and who cares if its a si or not build what u wanna

                    A lot of welding and custom mounting. You would need to find a way to put a stable mounting point for the rear end. I'll assume you could use ek b series mounts on the transmission and engine side idk about the back mount. If
                    You're good with measuring, cutting and welding go for it if not you're probably better off getting a wagovan too try this in because it already has the Awd drivetrain. But for what it'll cost you're probably better off going k series IMO
                    Honda sucks. Over priced junk.
