Would any one know what would keep a motor from spining,,, i put in a swap in my boys car,, and the motor wont spin but when it was out side the car it move if u turned the harmanic balancer,,

Spining the motor,, it wont turn front or backwards,, its like stuck but it turned out side the car,, nd BY THE WAY THE MOTOR IS AUTOMATIC.....

i disconnected the batter cuz every time i would hit the key to turn on all the negative wire start smoking for some reason,, the car has plentty of good ground,,

I can cum look at it then tell u Wat it is but can't know Wat it is wit out seeing it it can be a lot of thing from motor being fuk up to tranny stuck on drive.or u guy must of hit The gear to drive n that y it don't want to move

Yea think it more with the tranny not letting its spin but ive fuked with itt nd nuthing all it does is click mad loud nd the battery negative cables get hot nd smoke,, not crazy smoke but like hot nd in the cold smoke ..

well if u can't put a ratchet on crank pulley nd turn it id wonder if theres a spacer in the flywheel is it auto motor auto trans or auto motor 5 speed .... i no dsms there is a diff idk bout honda.. I've never had a issue either way but deff if u can turn it on ground nd not in car suttin is binding up
