  • Vtec head?

    94ej1owns told me I can run 15psi on a stock ls but I was wondering should I atleast rebuild the head or is it cool wit a stock b16 head?

    its all about the tune. i mean at the most bone stock id do no more than 10 psi just for reliability reason. you should be more worried about head studs, rod bolts and the block before you worry about a head not handling boost. in my opinion ls/vtec turbo is an oil issue waiting to happen. good luck though

            ^^i love head 2 lmao..... I was thinking about the retainers too lol thx Broo... I might just leave it at 5 or 10 but eventually wen I get the motor dead right I wanna b able to push 25 for track time and 15 on street
