to bleed the coolant, witch is what you wanna do, is jack up the front of the car real high, run the car with rad. cap off, run it until the fan kicks on, adding coolant the whole time.It will bubble and gurgle in the process, just let it run until the fan turns on. WHEN the fan turns on, it will suck down a ton of coolant, just add and put the cap on.
And make sure the heat is in the on position with the fan off.

un plug the idle air control when its fully warm. It should idle low as hell, like 4-500rpm.
If it idles higher than that, its a vacuum leak. So just take some carb/brake cleaner and spray it over every possible leak. Like injectors, tb, TPS, MAP, intake manifold flange, fuel pressure regulator, ect.
When you find the leak with the carb cleaner, it will idle lower.

Idk just throwing it out there can it be the ecu actin up ? Also wut the guys are saying about vacuum leak check near the throttle body also idling up then down indicates vacuum I would assume but with Honda you never know. take starting fluid and spray the all around the intake to atleast to eliminate the theory. Of intake Mani leak. Basically take all the easy steps before getting technical. G/l bro if anythng you know where I'm at and always willing to help. And if if it's iac then I would say Honda biggest fail lol860 member #18
