          i think factory recommended is 62 or 64. itll say in the instructions if you buy them new. i went 2 lb/ft over the recommended bc i was running high boost and didnt have any problems. with NA apps, factory specs should be fine, but a LITTLE extra wont hurt. on another note, i was running a SOHC, not a DOHC so it may be different. gl

                according to all data, first step is 22 ft lbs, second step is 61 ft lbs.
