ls cam bolts are snapping!!

i had an ls head laying around, then my pops took it for scrap metal :/

Damn use a reversing drill bit then use a easy out bit looks like a reverse screw the rest of the bolt should come out nd then just put ur new ones on the torque spec is 16ft pounds or inch pounds can't remember but I kno its 16 on cam cap bolts

Last time I torqued them to 16 I was in this guys shoes
