ok i was told by someone that my ls is crap and if i turbo it or make it a ls vtec its a bad idea caz the rods get angled and ntoo much power runs to them so therefore i will throw a rod and to just go single came turboed or b20 or b16...idk what to do

thats crap....anymotor that good ole honda put out there doors can handle builds it really comes down to properly tuning the car to get the best out of the parts u instal....i mean ur not gonna run 20psi to a stock ls! thats suicide but u could run half that all day and mop the floor with other more powerful motors! i know people that have lsvtec builds that were done right and have no problems...they daily drive them. as far as power a stock ls with a vtec head putsa down more ppower than a b16, about the same as a gsr but with more torque...so basically a torque gsr is wut u get.....an ls turbo done right will get u in the 300hp range depending on wut ur useing and who's tuning it....its ur car do wutever ur lil heart desires! i say build the ls anyway and go back and mop the floor with this big mouth in ur town!
