Lsv no spark

95 civic ex coupe. Ls vtec built from ground up the right way. Changed dizzy, plugs, and plug wires. I checked everything like 5 times I even checked for power from the harness on the dizzy plug and nothing but when I unhook the engine harne and check I get power, I changed the engine harness also and ecu but still no spark. I have a sell for Iat and purge valve but that shouldn't kill the spark. I need ideas because I searched and tried all the basic things.

Did you check all 3 grounds?

first check if the ecu is turning on by just puttin tha ign switch to tha on position if tha check engine light doesnt turn on than ur ecu isnt turnin on and thats tha ground found on the t-stat housing 4 wires two connectors if it does turn on check if ur getting fuel just take out a spark plug and crank u should smell straight gas from that specific cylinder if u do not get gas check to see if ur main relay is clicking should happen after tha ign switch is put onto the on position than turn off bout 2 seconds after if it doesnt turn on than there may be ur problrm if it does than its a fualty or loose connection at tha fuse box and last check for spark by simply puttin a spark plug on a wire and crank it if u see it spark ur problem maybe a little more complicated lol another thing to check is a fuse called the alternator solenoid its located in tha interior fuse box

It's getting fuel just no spark. I tried everything you guys said like 5 times and more and still no spark. Car was running good before swap went in. All my grounds are good, relays, ecu, and dizzy.

if it was running before u took it out then triple check your grounds, clean any rust and paint from the area.

I cleaned and checked everything again but still nothing. I checked the wires with a test light and I'm not getting power to the 7 wire dizzy plug. I get power from the chassy harness.
