Any Modification to a 96-98 ex engine harness

Okay , so my car needed a new engine harness , and i came across one from a friend , and its uncut ... i went on google and did some research and i seen some thread talking about the iavc need to be wire from a 3wire to a 2 wire . .is thats a true fact? , and what other mods gotta be done to this harness. .& oh Yea what about the CFK sensor . The motor is a b16a2 and in a 98 civic . .

I'm hearing a ex 96 98 engine harness is a straight plug n play , and I have a 96 ex engine harness , but when I plug it up , the cfk plug doesn't reach to the input , like my old cut up engine harness , and there's a 3 plug that doesn't plug up 2 nowwhere ... I try cranking over my car and it starts but then stalls out . . Need some answers asap

Do the ckf trick and if ur car dies out after turning it on check yur iacv...try giving it a lil gas check that ur gas cable is adjusted right
....to my knowledge u can run the car without ckf i believe teggys have 2 wire ckf and civic has 3 match the colors

^^^ yea I was reading about the cfk trick . . And yea on my old harness , it has the 2 plug(it been modified for this swap) but it was a hacked up job , so hadda get a new one , nd that's what a couple ppl said , its fine to drive without it plug then , it only gonna throw a cel , and I'm guessing its the iacv too bcus some thread where saying I needa be wire to a two plug not a 3 plug ..so I prollly plug the wrong plug in the iacv ...

if not did u by pass the crank sensor on the harness?

Da crank sensor sits under da alt? Nd I have a new harness , my old harness had evathing plug up , no cel , juss it was poppin ecu fuses due to a short somewhere in da harness..

Yea b16 does has a crank sensor , which I believe is call , cfk.. Nd da previos owner did the wiring on the old harness.. Reason for taking that harness out cus it had a short somewhere nd couldnt find it ..
