b16 tranny vs GSR tranny

ok i got a friend who has a ls motor he is goin to boost it n he wants to noe which tranny is best for his boost the b16 or the gsr tranny its goin to be less than 10psi of boost thnx

I would hit up the GSR Tranny the b16 tranny is better off for All Motor IMO. THe b16 tranny also has shorter gears. GSR tranny or he can use a ls and put a phantom grip on it

from personal experience the gsr tranny........is better when i had a b16 i was topping out at 140 mph and wit da gsr i almost got 2 160 and for sum reason my launch was better

my boy had an ls wit a b16 tranny and he was toppin out a 115 on the highway so i dont know what motor you had wit a b16 tranny but if it was an ls it deff. wasnt goin 140

my friends car doesnt tap out at 115 he has taken it up it 130 on the highway on the way to VA
