car wont turn over

whats going on guys soo i fineley got my swap finshed and in the car and i turned it over and it started it had a high rev and a iddle surge then i shut it off and seen if it was throwing any codes and its throwing a code 41 that is a primary oxygen sensor-heater circuit malfunction and then i checked evrything and tryed starting and nothing it wants to turn over but it wont now im in a stand still bc i cant figure it out just looking for some info or help

do you have spark? or fuel?

i have spark and i think i have fuel bc u can smell mad fuel but i think im onley geting fuel when i pump the gas

pumping the gas wont do anything its fuel injected pop the line off on the bottom of your fuel pressure reg. if it spit then u got fuel if not let me know

u prob got the plugs all wet
try putting the gas pedal all the way down and crank it at the same time till all the fuel clears up

na its not running yet cant figure this sht out im getiing plenty of fuel

make sure you got enough fuel pressure ... also check your ECU ...also make sure evrythin is conected

timing good ?
check ur plugs are they wet ?
firing order or the wires all the way in where they are supost to be
check the rotor inside the dizzy make sure the screw is there
