Alternator questions ??? Please Help

I just got done swapping my obd2 b18c into my 94 Honda civic. My car had a b18a1. i got the gsr swap alll in and the alternator is not charging. the alternator is no good.(checked it out) so i would like to take my alternator and plug of my b18a1 and wire into my obd2 gsr harness. How hard is this and where can i find the wiring diagram for this. Im wondering if the alternator is obd0 or obd1 how can i tell??
