  • help car has no power after changing a fuel regulator

    the car is a 95 gsr with a 95 B18b1 aka ls .ok so heres is the problem ,after doing a fuel pressure test ,i found out the psi was to high .so itook the fuel regulator out ,found out that the previous owner blocked it .he wanted to run rich idk ,well i got it working how it should and now it has no power ,changed the fuel filter and still the same problem .dont want to put it how it was cuz dont want to be running rich ,let me knoe what ya think .and thank u for the help .

      Sounds like a bad flux capacitor. It's like a $30 part and a 30min job.

                  That's weird maybe something in the return system of the fuel off the regulator did you check at the tank ? Cause it makes no sense. Real interesting I would really like to know what it is that is causing this lol. If the previous owner did this its for a reason no one wants to run there cars rich like that. I would say go through the whole fuel system start by checking injectors and work your way to the tank. And what is your fuel pressure set at now ?

                    spec is 31-36 is at 32-40 and it was at 60 psi idk is it needs to get use to it or something idk i checked return lines and is fine .thanks for the help

                        Ok did you check in tank also I'm thinking maybe he thougt he could Put a load on the injectors or something Are they the rite injectors just askin cause I seen people do some weird shit

                          no power = u acelerate and goes no where like is getting alot of air not much fuel . it has hard time going up hills
