ok so im grabbing up a 97 civic lx and i want to swap a B series into it....i know the basics seeing that this isnt my first swap but i just want to get a few things clear that im a little shady about what im going to need exactly....motor..mounts..si wiring harness?...wich ecu is best...99 si shift linkage?...best axles?...i just want it clean and done right and for some reason i cant find a good step by step for a b series into an ek even though its so common

is you swap a LS GSR B16 you need mounts, si linkage...you can use a integra one but the integra one gets in the way of the secondary o2 sensor, b series axle, depending on the swap u can chose the ecu...for the harness you can use the 96-98 civic ex harness you don't have to rewire much for it... gl

use your stock d mounts, tranny mount and rear mount, all you need is the rear T bracket, that needs to be 99-00si, any b series shift linkage and axels, then u need the timing built post side mount, 3 bolts that connect to the block and then there are two studs on top, and you use that stock mount as well. if u have a vtec harness already, it is perfectly fine, run a p72 ecu or p28 with a jumper harness to run obd1 and tune it.Vtec gets you head, Boost gets you Laid
