im sure this topic iz dum old but im just gettin n2 this car sh1t but...im runnin a ls and a gsr tranny on my 4 dr teg....question rite...should i go full gsr swap, or should i just find a gsr head from sumwhere, does anybody kno around how much hp u get from a ls witta gsr head?

it all depends how much u push it man, they are sick with turbo, gsr loveeeeees turbo i could tell u that for sure. but GSR's is one of the best motors around, if u could get the full swap for 1200 get it! if u decide not to put the gsr in you could re-sell the whole swap for like 2500 to 3000 so you don't loose nothing man.
However, a built gsr could be as good as a type-R, put type-r cams, cam gears and valves and u'll see that gsr spankin ass like nothing. a friend of mine used to have a gsr with type-r head internals ( cams, cam gears and valves ) and he used to shift at 8900 man on a freaking hatch. that ************ was ************ing crazy fast.
But again, ls/vtec is the best combination for high horsepower turbo cars.Too many past cars to list :P
