(Q)99/00 Engine Harness on a EK

Okay i have a question , can a 99/00 si engine harness plugs right in to my 98 ex ek coupe . The Ek Coupe has a 2000 b16 Swap in it . Just wondering if this engine harness work on my car, i know i would need a obd2b ecu , but besides that will it run good on my 98 ex interior harness .
