b series cams

can some give me a stright answer...are the ls b18b1 cams any better then the b20b cams. i have a stock b20 in my ek and i have a spare set of b20 cams and ls cams, was thinkin of just throwing the ls cam on the intake side and just calling it a day, lmk what u guys think...
