i have a 95 integra it had a lsv with a p28 ecu in it,,,but i put a ls in it with a p75 ecu,,,but the plugs for the ecu are different any info would help

Thats an OBD2A P75 ecu.. You either need to buy a jumper harness for OBD1 to OBD2A or get an OBD1 P75..

but isnt a p28 a obd1 v-tec 92-95 si & the p75 a obd1 none v-tec 92-95 ls/gs

Yes p28 is OBD1 but the p75 was made in both OBD1 and OBD2.
