tranny is grinding at high rpm from 4th to 5th... and also wht should i do for mods on my b18 non vtec obd1 integra

turbo or get a vtec head

throw some synchromesh fluid in there and if it continues to do it pm someone that works on trannys.

if i do the ls vtec build wht do i need to do it, i want to go all motor cuz every1 has a turbo car

It depends on what u wanna do to it cams rods pistons etc and tranny try the fluid or gonna need it rebuilt

If its grinding, replace the Sleeve,Hub and synchro.. you should be good after that
