Well you buy the s300 an install it in the p28 thats how it works

It all depends not everybody tune cars with hondata sometimes just the p28 with chip or like the comment above you need both for hondata

chrome , hondata s300 or aem v2 which every you have money for buy it and tune and have a nice day

neptune, hondata or the elite AEM. Hondata is awesome though, I can say from personal experience, great ecu to work with, tuners appreciate it much.
