try draining the tranny and put HONDA manual transmission fluid. Its pricee but its worth it. If grinding continues then u have a bad syncro. it will help alot.. DO NOT PUT MOTOR OIL in ur tranny like some people will say its not the same crap.. lol

lol ok w/e.. I have learned from experiance.. grab a bottle of honda mtf and a bottle of oil and compare them.. NO its not the same.. people use motor oil to save a couple bucks not realizing that it shortens the life of the tranny.. The additives in honda mtf r alot different than motor oil....

there are no additives needed in a tranny with all hard parts only time you need a aditive is when you have soft clutches for a LSD and factory specs call for motor oil to start with. and eather way a tranny the grinds is broken hard part changeing the fluid wont save any thing.

like saying a motor with a rod knock need a oil change lol.....

sounds like ur pressure plate is not completely disengaging it probably has broken fingers.
