car hesitates CRAZY 1-4k rpm and then takes off like i just hit nitrous. I changed the plugs, wires and VC gaskets as the #2 plug had some oil on it. when at idle it drops and almost dies. any input? started the other say and gradually getting worse.

Check your timing if its off a tooth or a few teeth it will do that. My tl acts like that i i just found out it has a few bent valves.97 Boosted Hatch my toy

well plugs, wires are new as of today.... i was also thinking injectors since it doesnt want to go when i give it gas and now that you say clogged cat i have to check something with that thanksR.I.P Nick Haines

yea because ive dealt with misfires b4 on my high mileage gsr motor, and the injectors always clogged up untill i changed the fuel filter and injectorsComment

Sounds like a fuel issue for sure. Pull your injectors and clean the little filters in the tops of them. They pull out. Try replacing the fuel filter too. But obviously start with what's free lol.Hidin' out

^^ yea i was planning on trying to clean the injectors today after work and ima order a new filter its only 18$ from Honda thanks for all the advice ill let you know how i do.R.I.P Nick Haines
