Help on gsr head

Sup ctv i just put my new swap in nd i needed to adjust the valves on it. So i did it it still sound like crap not the way it supost too u know its supost to be alil qwite...i have a gsr head wit itr cams on a ls block lsv nd i just dont know what to do anmore.................pleas ctv help me out
