b series idle info?

my b-swap idles around 400-700 rpm but no over heating or when i hit the gas revs right up sound like it shut off but idles at the same spot again...any ideas?

and when i hold the gas around 1000-1500 sounds like i have a two step...ideas?

wanna know what they can be
