any ideas on this???

ok about a month back car was acting up the head sounded like so got a new head off 94Ejiowns and some info from some people here got it fixed..now no leaks doesnt burn. first time i started it this week made the same noise..as much as i can remember its not as bad but not sure. so i adjusted the valves today..they were just a tad off now there to spec but still make the noise. any ideas? sounds like its coming from the head by cylender 4.. does this sound like a bent valve? starts and idles strong.. never trying driving i dont want to cause any damage. today i let it warm up alittle and the noises spaced out alittle bit but never went away. its a 94 ls all my fluids are full.

hmmm, if you swapped heads then id guess its not the head but i have no clue. GL! someone help this guy out

everythings stock. ls block ls head..just running out of ideas.. my buddy said its something in the valvetrain thats making noise..i got a gasket kit manifolds.injectors etc.. i took the iacv apart to clean it and the white plastic basket that the parts sit in wasnt screw into the housing at all..so i screwed it in enough to keep it inplace...i doubt that has anything to do with it but thats the only other thing i messed with

ill post up a vid of the noise toamrrow..any ideas are welcome im just hoping its something stupid that i missed im going to re do the timing to make sure it didnt slip a tooth and then the valve adjusments again and go from there

is it in the head for sure? i know its a long shot but maybe something brok in the dizzy and it clanking around in there?
sounds wierd that its still there after a head swap.

did you make sure there werent any screws ad stuff in the head? ive had that happen to me but i noticed b4 i finished

Maybe its not even inside it might be a loose bolt rattling, like ur alternator bolts or somethin

mayb thanks for the ideas never got a chance today to check it out due to the rain.. i kno i got both of the manifolds solid..ill double check the rest and the inside. its just been one thing after another so im trying to figure it out asap so i can just drive without worrying about whats wrong next

yea its probally something i missed..once i got the head on started right up no leaks no smoke its mint just the noise...i never tried moving the car yet dont want to put any stress on the motor untill i can figure out whats wrong with it
