^ what he said, and yes if that iacv isnt plugged in either, make sure it is that is the cars main source of idle. and its a bitch.

ok so the car startted up fine then one day i went to start it n it didnt wanna start i changed the fuel pump n it reads 35-40 psi everything is plugged upi changed the map sensor n i changed the intake manifold n tb gasket thinking it was vaccum...if i spray the inside of the intake with starting fluid the car turns on after a couple cranks and runs perfect lol weirdest shit i was guessing the iacv or a vaccum leak somewhere but idk

the ivac valve messes with ur idling in ur car it wont cause it not to start but if dirty it can cause ur idle to bounce.

just becuz you have fuel pressure doesnt mean the injectors are firing. if your spraying starting fluid in and its starting then its a fuel issue..

Changing them won't fix you need to figure out why the injectors aren't firing. Did you replace the main relay.

i didnt replace it cuz i was guessing it was good since i spray starter fluid n it stays on so i imagine the injectors are pulsing
