well i checked the timing and it was on both cams were str8 up and both little slices on cams were lined up perfect and the single white line on damper lined up with the maker on the cover! so its all good! does it matter that i have rebuilt this dizzy once before??? because my needle isnt jumping and it turns on just fine!

put the engine on TDC (top dead center) instead of using the front markings of the cam gears, check the back of the cam gears, there are markings back there for better timming points. for some apprent reason, on GSR, those stupid markings in front never work too well. Def check out the valve lashing as well. I had the same issue with my itr cams, until I redid the timing about 8 times... and hopefully your SUPER fuel feeding didnt wash out your rings, but thats besides the point. just make sure timing is dead on. thats what will old it back a whole lot. especially at HIGH RPMs.

I still think both cams are off one tooth if everything is lined up perfectly. The marks on my stock gears never lined up perfectly nor did the holes/caps.

just loosen the bolt for the tensioner, pull on the belt to give it some slack and slip each gear one tooth counter clockwise. It wouldnt take more than 5 minutes to do after u take off the valve cover.

Def check compression cuz you might've washed 1 of the cylinder walls down. Are all your vacuum lines connected? Timing can def be a key. How are start up conditions. Is it hard to start when its cold or hot? Check PCV valve

Did your crank move at all?

Set the crank to TDC (number 1 piston should be all the way up top, or you can look at the crank pulley...either way)...then line up the cam gear marks facing each other in the middle to set the cams at TDC I believe (check Haynes manual).

Then you might have to adjust your ignition timing with a timing light and moving your distributor.
