B20/vtec or ls/vtec?? Need opinions lets see them

neither. if honda wanted them to have vtec they would have, the cranks arent designed to rev higher then 7.2k sooner or later it will break built or not. yes people do it ye they have lasted a while but the money you spend on that doing it right u could have a nice gsr which has vtec and is a strong motor

There are no major differences between a ls block and a b20 except the bore size. Me and my friends have had lsvtec set ups and b20vtec reving 9+ on stock sleeves all day. Forced induction is another story you have to sleeve them for them to last. B20s do have smaller cyclinder wallS then a ls that's why ppl say the are weak but it's no big deal unless you are planing to run mad boost or nitrous. I had my b20 block bored out to 85mm no problem on a allmotor set on stock sleeves.
