Hey ctv im tired of freezing my ass off in my garage and need some help.
I have a 00 civic si that doesnt start but cranks slowly and diff.
Ive checked the battery, all connections, it has spark, its getting fuel, i checked the timing at the crank, cams, dizzy...all good at TDC. I scanned it for a code and it brought up a p0117-engine coolant temperature circuit low input. cant seem to figure this out. help me out guys. oh car wasnt running when i got it.

did you take the distributor cap off and make sure when the motor is in TDC that the rotor is pointing at cyl #1 on the cap? sometimes they can be 180 out and be pointing at cyl #4 and cause no start. which would have spark fuel and sound good but not start.
