so i got under the car today, yet made no progress. the basics have been covered. again.. spark, fuel, grounds, sensors-all that seems to be tight. i followed torque specs and sequences properly. no leaks. got the #1 piston to TDC, up arrows are up, the notches on the gears seem correct to what mark11017 stated, about 15degrees off on exhaust cam....there are only 3 notches(holes) on my crank tho, there is no fourth. and i think imma need a new timing belt now too its not as tight as it once was... uploadloading pics of the gears/crank now...

your doing this all wrong man those 3 holes have nothing to do with timing there drilled to balance the pulley
Use these marks
NOT THESE
