a1 ls..tha block froze overnight on december n its been like that ever since tha car will b sitting covered in snow untill spring but i wanna kno if tha motor might still b good after it thaws out or am i gonna have to replace some parts if so tell me what they are cuz i dont have tha cash to buy a new motor thanx

yea i had water didnt get to change it over in time but yea it cracked my starter bc tha block was frozen so tha motor didnt wanna turn over right when i would crank it

lmaooo Damn whats 15 bucks for some anti freeze , NIggas need to stop being cheap cost you more in the long run and you had to find out the hard way.. Just get new parts and take it as a lesson learned

THATS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE....when water freezes what does it do?? expand?? right???? well what do u think happens to a motor thats frozen?? DO NOT TRY AND TURN IT OVER....u will crack the head..ive had 13 cars just this month with frozen engines...they forgot to swap over to 5050...put it in a garage ....take a salamander heater or any type of heater and heat up the garage....then once the garage is nice open up ur radiator...put a mix of 60% antifreeze and 40% water mix SLLLOOOWWWLLLYYY into ur radiator...wait till it drains...note do not overfill...wait about 30 minutes between it until it starts to drain out the bottom of the radiator...then continue it until u feel there is no more ice....NOTE this process takes 4-6 hours...yes im not shitting you ive done this 13 times just this month....i work at a shop fyi in the process of buying into it and becomming partner or opening up my own...if you need help hit me up i got ur back with any ?s...7 ASE certs so far almost master tech

hondas are the easiest of cars to do this too...their motors are almost as light as beetles and some subies...try doing this to a fucking f350 or stupid molestor vans.no fucking room at all in the bays...look on the bright side consider urself lucky lol...
