axel help on ls ek swap

  • axel help on ls ek swap

    just put a ls into my ek, when i finished the swap, i then put the axels in and the driver side was perfect, the passenger side seems to short and i got the axels for the motor which is a 95 ls, the axel seems to short so i wanna know if anyone thinks i should use a diffrent axel set up or what and if i order hasport axels what should i order them for? thanks

    literally stock b series axles u sure u didnt randomly put the single jingle passenger side in?

        well does it fit in tranny and reach the hub? it may look like it doesn't fit until you actually try putting it in

              Negative, I put a b series, because I brought my jingle axels into autozone and used them as a core for b series axels,

                my axle from time to time happens the same thing and i change it 3 times already and when i take a turn hard it pops off and i have a b16 tranny, i try integra axles and civic si axles and still does it.

                  problem fixed, was a tranny axle seal. wtf

                    makes zero sense a seal doesnt hold the axle in place, the c-clip on the axle does.

                        no there wasnt a seal at all, causing the axel to floop around and spray fluid everywhere and the axel fits perfectly, my concern was that it didnt seem like it was set properly.
