Are you low on gas? Cold starts usually occur when you do not have enough gas it becomes slower and actually freezes a bit. Otherwise check the IACV like everyone said for any carbon build up It could also be a bad fuel pump, might be starting to go... Just some things to look at man. Good luck.

seems like it can be a sensor..maybe the iacv or temp sensor..definetly should be a sensor,any check engine light?

thanks i think ill check those my car almost turns off when i turn it on since the winter but it idles right after a few seconds

the 2 wire one on the side of the head? now that you mention that my teg did this last winter and i changed the 2 wire one on the side of the head and it was fine after that.

thats the fan plug the coolant temp sensor is on the side of the head

wow lmao.... yea i think every one that has pritty much a swap in a civic or an honda i think it is a know thing. mine dose it too not so badd dow...what i do wean i start it i let it set for a sec or two then i hit the gass petal like two times then its good.. its couse of the weater in the summer i dont even have a slight probb wean i had got me jdm ek ls swap done it was perfict started raight up like nothen quick as hell like "damm"!! she whats to goo lol...but as long thers no cell light on nd if it happens to pop on chex it soon find out what it is nd if it has nothen to do with it then your allset it nothen reall its that the motor is reall cold i had brought my car to honda nd talked over an hourer with the guy nd he wean over the car we had let the car set over two houres off in the cold nd started it up nd it did what its been doing n hey said that thats pritty much normal as long the cell light isent comeing on its normal its good car had tested godd on everything there wean they hadd tested it so its not to worry guys like the guy said as long the cell light isent on or does not come on wean u start it your fine. its wean the light comes on wean u start it in the morening then u got a small probb..but outhere then that its call a cold start....ok guys i hope i was helpful for u guys n always take care of your honda as they wil take care of u....be safe drive safe nd allways keep your ef.eg.ek.ep3.n.das,dc2.nd dc5 mints nd safe..lmaoo

Main Fuel Relay? Had issue with that on my 93 Integra changed it and cleared right up!!!
