I'm pretty sure it might be your Fuse box, the electrical load detector its build in. If your grounds are good then thats your problem.
100 Pennies make a Dollar, The same applies for HP

yo, i had the same shit, i did all the shit you did for like a yr, i replaced my battery 2 times, alternator, ground, fuses..the whole shit...come to find out it it was the plug that goes into the alternator, the little metal things inside the plug come loose, so with that said check the plug, make sure the metal "THINGS" are tight so when you plug it in w/ the alternator its secure and it doesnt giggle or wiggle or anything lol, what i did was w/ a screw tighted up the metal "things" and put cable tape around the plug so it dont move, ever since i have had no problm, hope this helps, if im not being detailed enough, pm me or just text me 860-970-7499

I swapped it from a obd2 alternator to a obd1 alternator yesterday and re pinned the harness. So it's not the plugs cuz that got swapped with the altenator. And I checked em when I put it on to make sure everything was connecting. Shits gay as fuck lol

Get a volt meter test voltage right at the alt and if it is still dim there you might still have a fulty alt I had the same issue turned out the new ..(reman) alt I.got was junk swaped everything drive me mad. And the eld is built in the ecu.not the fuse box I went threw that crap to

Google is saying the ELD is built in to the engine bay fuse box. I took the alternator out of a running car that I put in yesteday so I know it's good for a fact.

Ya I know it says it is located there but it is controlled by the.ecu and if you have a ecu with eld and run it in a car with out it in the fuse box throw the Cel and I chased wires for it and was not the issues changed four fuse box because ecstatic one said eld in side was bad and was not. I bought a power probe with read out and it helped so much to Chase wires

The ELD is located in the fusebox.

+1 for the ELD, i'm not too familiar with it being an issue on integras, but I know it's relatively common on EK's to have that issue from the load detector under a certain RPM.
