whats up ctvtec... so its deff getting cold out i wanna see what everyone is running for car oil..... i am running 10-40 i have heard that 10-40 wont be a problem in the winter seeing as it is not really thinck lets see what everyone says ........ i wanna know if ill damage anything, seeing iam not running 5-30

Fuck oil. I run stp oil treatment. I put 4 qts of that shit in and go no problem. Summer or winter. Never had a problem yet.

so my 10-40 will be ok in the winter wont be to thick for the motor i always let the car warm up for like 2 mins before i start driving

i hope your talking about the molasses in a bottle. try 3 qts of the oil treatment then 1 qt no smoke. never has a problem there.

for real tho bro, I have ran 5w-30 mobil one for well over 5 years now and I have never had a problem. summer, winter, rain, snow, -20 degree temps.. NOTHIN has interfered wit it. Starts first turn, 24/7 365, and all temps. G/L
