could it be something with the gas like injectors or fuel pump maybe your tb cableComment

Fixed it some but still revving high and still reading bad sencors anyone have a throttle body with the sencors attached so I can see if it's anything else help please will give u parts haha I have stuff laying around valve covers and intake manifolds lolComment

If this anything lile what happened to me: Good luck! I would strongly encourage you to swap out the FITV with one from another car and see if that works!
With my car, out of the blue, the car reved by itself while idling. And as time went by, on start up (cold engine) it would rev to 3, 4 or 5k some times) until it got hot, and then idle went slowly down some, but higher than stock... After much tinkering on tps, IACV and other sensors, unbolted my FITV valve and found out it was broke (when i shook it, it rattled. It should not!). Bought a used one, cleaned it, tightened it, and voila! Idle reving really high fixed!! FITV FTMFW!

FITV=fast idle terhmo valve. It basically works with teh Iacv to regulate ur idle etc...Originally posted by Lssplatter View Post
