need help ef b16 swap

[92 gsr kid]

i own a 91 civic si did a b16 swap now i turned it on once but alt. pulley was hitting the frame i fix that went to start again and nothing. check engine light doesnt turn on and cant hear fuel pump purge. i just hear main relay
i check for grounds and have one to valve cover relocated battery to trunk
please help this is my daily
