oil in spark plugs

Ok here's the issue my b18c keeps getting oil all over the tips of my spark plugs more in the 3rd and 4th ones replaced the valve seals and I still have the issue. ..Help please

So on the bottom of the plug? Blow by from the rings. If on the top your spark plug tube gaskets need to be replaced.

Yeah the bottom I replaced the rings about 2 months ago so its a possibly If can be my tube seals
