its most likely the blower motor resistors that control high mid low fan control if you remove the glove box youll see a weard looking plug that has i think 4-6 wires that looks like it goes into the fan box it has two phillip screws unscrew them and see if the metal coil wires are burnt out or broken if so theres your problem... if not that check the relaysEM1-860-CTmember..1...

usually if u only have setting 4 and thats it its the resit. If nothing and all fuses and relays are fine its the blower motor itself lmk.My transmission's went 9's
