Fuel pump please help

So I just put my new motor in my car and hook everything up. I go to try starting it and the fuel pump is always priming it never shuts off the motor turns over and I'm getting spark. Does anyone know what the problem can be?

its probly not turnin on becuase tha motor is gettin flooded with gas check tha wiring of tha fuel pump check if its been worked with or hacked if its not check ur main relay and fuel fump relay

Bump the main relay might be it but not sure
