ok i'm tryin to do my DC from auto to 5 spd i bought all the parts & now that i'm puttin evertyhin on the car the autozone bought clutch wont fit on the junk yard bought tranny & idk what it is cuz its not a D seriese clutch the tranny code reads S80 can anyone tell me what it is?

did you try alaigning the clutch up with tranny out? first time i did my clutch on my b16, i apaprently got a d series clutch, and i fought with it for idk how long, finnaly got pissed and took the tranny down and put the clutch disk to it, and it just was completly wrong. and if you get your clutch kits from autozone, just look up norkor clutch and brake CHEAPEST place around same quality as that. i got a 6puck unsprung disk pressure plate bearings, and resurface of a flywheel for a little less then 200. there in new haven on state street.VTEC is just way to much fun
