youll want the axles that go with the tranny, so if its an ls tranny.....

theres 2 ys1 trannys, da ls, and gsr, im assuming u have an ls tranny, but if u didnt do the swap, then who knows

i didnt do the swap it was already done..but i kno the motors not a gsr..is there anyway to tell on the tranny? the label is still on it.. im guessing that gsr axles wont work on a ls trans? i dont want to keep asking stupis questions but im just starting to get into motor work and just looking for some advice..thanks for all the help so far

its all good man, i just dealt with the same thing... try to do a search with the vin tag on it... if its a str8 ls and not an lsvtec i would assume the tranny is from the same setup, but again, u never know.

you think my best bet is to find a part num on the axels and match it

one way to tell the difference between the ls and gsr trannys is to drive the car in fifth gear at 60 mph and see what the rpms are

i worked at autozone before and delt with so many guys coming in with cable and hydro trannys, the pass side is exactly the same, the only thing thats different is the driver side. so get any B Series Axle if it the pass side.
