misfire code keep coming up

i just got a new dizzy because my old one was causing a misfire and made my car run like shit. since my last dizzy was causing a misfire i changed my spark plugs after i put the new dizzy on. car run 10 times better now. i did the reset test and as soon as i turn the car on the mil comes on in like 3secs. what else could cause a misfire. i got good spark plug wires too. its a 99 b16a2

Could be the injectors as stated above. Same thing happened to my 99 gsr. Injectors were bad. I changed them and never got the misfire again. Is your cel a ramdon misfire?? It could be misfiring on one cylinder only or it could be all four.
