Wiring Harness issues

So basically the wiring that was done when the person swapped my car is all fucked up and i need to get it rewired ASAP because it wont start anymore. If anybody is good with wiring, it probably jus needs the wiring harness connected up the right way but im not good with wiring at all. I got $$$ to pay whoever can do it. jus let me know. ill buy whatevers needed

is it the motor harness or in car harness that needs to be wired? caus eif its the motor harness just get a diff one and put it on no wiring necessary
