whats up ct my boy has a 95 eg ex main harness was changed because idiot b4 him cut the shyt out of the harness, the main and engine harness came out of same car, the ecu plugs were converted to to obd2 and now has a jumper harness to convert back to obd1 running a chipped pr4, no for the problems vtec wasnt working correctly and it was rewired and since then the car cannot drive pass 2000 rpms, at idle it revs fine when you put a load on it and actually try and drive the car will bogg down after 2000, i also have 4 codes which are 3,7,14,21 anyone got any advice for this kid

nope the harness was done correctly it was sent away and it work for the other two cars it was in with no problem i was ran with a type r ecu b4 and now it back to a pr4, ok ill tell him to check and replace the parts that are throwing codes but at the same time before he redid the wiring for vtec the car drove fine minus vtec

for starters switch the tps and the map sensor plugs there's 2 fixed codes.My transmission's went 9's

ok so he changed the tps and map sensors and nothin same codes and the only difference this time was that when its first started and its cold it can rev pass 2000 but after 30 seconds 2000 is the limit and the wiring to both of the sensors are correctLast edited by roe; 06-10-2010, 04:37 PM.
