wutup up bros i have a 94 honda civic hatch back obd1 wit a gsr swap runs on a b17 ecu no jumper harness its has a new dizzy and type r manifo changed the sensors to it and ecu but still red lines at 3k in every gear.. its have 2step and car is tuned.. just cant figure it out got any ideas... thanks ...
